Gabriella Davis

Gabriella Davis has over a decade of experience in program coordination, with expertise in accounting, market research, grant management, grant writing, accessible design, course design, recruitment, and executive search. At Glick Davis & Associates, she facilitates recruitment for Executive Director and CEO roles across the nonprofit sector, alongside market research, competitive mapping and financial analysis to inform stakeholder strategy.

At Texas Tech University’s Sowell Center for Research and Education in Sensory Disabilities, Gabriella coordinated over $7M in federal and state grants that focused on training special education teachers to work with students with sensory impairments. Her efforts in grant management included all aspects of the grant lifecycle, from initial RFP writing, through program implementation and budget management all the way through closing and final reports. She has years of training in digital design for online learning management platforms and directed efforts to improve accessibility for all online resources in the department. Gabriella holds a BS in Retail Management from Texas Tech University.
