Tiffany Santagati - Consultant

Tiffany Santagati is a strategic advisor and executive leader who drives organizational  transformation, operational excellence, and scalable impact across the nonprofit, financial  services, and public sectors. She partners with nonprofit CEOs, boards, and senior  leadership teams navigating growth, complexity, and transition—bringing a disciplined,  results-oriented approach that translates vision into execution.  

As Vice President of Operations at a Greenville-based affordable housing fund, Tiffany has  overseen initiatives contributing to more than 1,850 affordable housing units while  managing a $1.6 million organizational budget and supporting a $75 million investment  portfolio. She has led cross-sector partnerships, deployed capital to advance community  impact, and built the operational infrastructure required to sustain growth at scale.  

Her expertise includes strategic planning, fundraising and capital strategy, organizational  design, and executive advisory. She works closely with CEOs and boards to strengthen  governance, optimize operations, and position organizations for growth—delivering  practical, high-impact solutions that accelerate performance.  

She brings an equity-centered approach to capital strategy and operations, helping  organizations design systems that drive both performance and inclusive impact.  

Prior to her nonprofit leadership, Tiffany spent nearly two decades in banking, holding  leadership roles across retail, lending, mortgage, and human resources within community  and regional institutions—bringing rigor to capital planning and credibility with funders and  institutional partners.  

Tiffany serves on multiple boards advancing equity and community well-being, and is a  Ph.D. candidate in Leadership Studies at Anderson University—bringing academic rigor  alongside executive experience. 

She operates at the intersection of capital, operations, and equity—helping organizations  grow with discipline, sustainability, and purpose.
