Jessica Mayumi Nordby

Jessica has served as a leader in the behavioral health and nonprofit sectors throughout her career. Initially working as a manager of an eating disorder treatment center, she went on to hold multiple Senior Project Manager roles in the mental health field where she opened new treatment centers and expanded care for adolescents with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health diagnoses across the nation. Jessica was responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training Executive Directors, doctors, and first-time direct care staff, in the opening of over seventy treatment programs across a dozen states in the US, and served as Executive Director for transitioning programs.  Since 2020, Jessica has consulted with nonprofit organizations leading fundraising and event planning efforts for historical site preservations and is the dance instructor and choreographer for Coastal Repertory Theatre. An avid theater performer, Jessica enjoys cooking, and is a proud member of the AAPI community. She holds a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
