Meredith Lohr

A certified coach and experienced executive director, Meredith brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership and organizational development expertise to her work with mission-driven organizations.

As executive director and co-founder of EarthGen, Meredith grew the organization from startup to a thriving nonprofit, reaching 40,000 youth across Washington State annually. She has guided and supported a variety of leaders and organizations through strategic planning, governance transitions, and systems change, always with a focus on sustainable results.

Meredith holds certifications in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University and Nonprofit Executive Leadership from University of Washington, as well as an MS in Earth Sciences from University of California, Santa Cruz. She enjoys traveling and adventuring in the mountains with her family.
